Reporting to the Director of Technologies & CRM, the Marketing Technology & Data Coordinator will play a key role in the planning, implementation and maintenance of technological marketing tools for our clients.

This key position requires close collaboration with internal teams and partners, ensuring quality customer service and effective project management. You will be called upon to participate in the analysis process, customer strategy, customer on-boarding and tool maintenance in order to keep up with the constant evolution of the web!

MAIN TASKS

  • Plan and implement technological solutions for digital marketing.
  • Ensure the maintenance and optimization of tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker (Data) Studio, Google Search console , Meta Business, Zapier.
  • Analyze data to improve to ensure quality (traffic, conversions, trends, etc.)
  • Provide training and support to teams and clients on technological tools.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in digital marketing (legislation, automation, software, etc.)

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • BAC or equivalent in marketing, e-commerce, administration, or any other related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with marketing technology tools.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads tools, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker (Data) Studio, Google Search console, Meta Business, Zapier.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
  • General understanding of SEO, SEM and digital media.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) orally and in writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
